It’s maple syrup time here in Michigan! I saw trees tapped alongside the road the other day when I went to pick up milk from “my” farm. This Saturday I am hoping to attend a sugarbush celebration at our local nature center (if the weather is nice – hoping so!) I am SO ready for the spring recipes in Simply in Season. Alas, I have a few of the winter recipes remaining.
