This morning I made steel cut oats while I was getting ready for work, and I realized the brown sugar was rock hard. I went to my cupboard, and the honey was crystallized. So I rummage through my cabinets and found some fancy vanilla sugar. I don’t remember when I bought it, but I suspect since it was $7.99 for six ounces I was saving it for something. Why not today?
