One of the questions I was asked recently is whether vinegars are interchangeable–for example, if you don’t have the specific kind called for in a recipe. My answer was “it depends on the recipe.”

Another $100 for lumber later, we now have 4 more beds. The photo above is of last year’s, which I cleaned up on Saturday and planted with peas, carrots, lettuce, kale, and the Asian stir fry mix. Those little seeds are buggers! Hoping I can thin them out later.
