A couple of more pounds and I’ll be back down to 12 pounds lost (net) for the year. Today I thought I’d share a tip with you that I just learned on the Clutter Diet that works just as well for weight loss!

Christmas 2008

One of my fellow food bloggers contacted me a few months ago and asked if I could share “baby steps” to cooking real food since I’m a middle of the road blogger; she said she doesn’t even know how to relate to people who aren’t on the far end of the real food spectrum. When I started writing this challenge as a way to force myself to think through the principles presented in the book Living More with Less, I wondered if I would get bored. 16 weeks, that’s 4 months! I can say that I haven’t gotten bored, and I have found it meaningful as a personal exercise.
