Today’s guest post is a great example of “ask and ye shall receive.” I really want to get organized this year, so I went straight to the source–Rubbermaid–and asked for advice. The assistant e-marketing manager was more than happy to write a guest post that I could share on my blog. Enjoy!

The first thing I learned from this book is that Denise Austin is 50 years “young.” Wow! She has been around awhile, so my expectations weren’t very high for this book. I was pleasantly surprised.

So how is the challenge going? Quite well. It’s amazing how having a few backup meals and snacks on hand (in the form of Lean Cuisines and Skinny Cows) helps avoid takeout.

I chose this recipe from Clean Eating Magazine because one can never have too many kale recipes. And it sounded good.

This is one of the recipes I made on my big bread-making day last week. I thought it sounded kind of odd, but the flavors really worked well together.
