		<description>I absolutely LOVE tempeh!! I&#039;m glad you tried (but wish you&#039;d loved it more). It amazes me that so few people have ever even heard of it. Tempeh is such a great, healthy subsitute for meat. It is hearty, packed with protein, and has no cholesterol! And it tastes way better than tofu :) (the typical vegetarian meat/protein alternative).
