To nervous_1 there is a recipe for baked oatmeal (porridge) in one of my recipe books I would presume it turns out pretty thick and flapjack like from the description and picture and also it has eggs in it. Ahah here it is, you could of course cut down significantly on the sugar or even omit it-and of course don&#039;t put in the walnuts.
