Peanut Apple Salad

Have you ever had Snickers salad? That’s what I thought of when I read the recipe for this. But you know what? This is even better!

from Simply in Season

8 apples, chopped
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar

1. Combine apples through coconut in a large bowl and set aside.

2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad.

Servings: 8

The verdict: This is called a salad but is definitely a dessert. So sweet, the raisins and peanut butter complement the apples beautifully. And the pecans add a nice crunch. A perfect dish to pass.
