I have never like sweet potatoes but my wife got the Simply in Season book and started making this and I liked it and now I am asking her to make it. I think it is delicous and I have even ventured into trying regular sweet potatoes….but this is still by far and away my favorite.

Yes, the flavor was excellent – the overcooking of the sweet potato was operator error and had nothing to do with the recipe
