		<description>Do you add liquid? That&#039;s the only time it turns out super-tender for me. I don&#039;t think the extra two hours would be that much difference. Especially since that&#039;s how long I&#039;m normally gone. If it&#039;s thawed all the way sometimes I&#039;ll set the timer to the &quot;keep warm&quot; setting after 8 hours but not always.</description>

		<description>I love roast chicken, but whenever I do any kind of chicken in the crock pot it comes out super-tender - like fall of the bone, melt in your mouth tender.  Don&#039;t get me wrong, that can be a good thing (I did a batch of chicken legs like that this week with lemon, onions and garlic); but it would be nice to have a firmer option.  

I cook mine on low for about 10 hours (sadly, can&#039;t change that, since I&#039;m at work for that time).  Do you have this problem, or think it&#039;s the extra two hours in the pot?</description>
